3. Service Agreements

4. Payments and Fees

• Payment Terms: Invoices are issued as per the agreed schedule in the service agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.
• Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur interest charges as stipulated in the service agreement.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment for our personnel.
• Inform us of any specific risks or requirements related to the service location.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
